Wraps remain bright with only slight oxidation (browned) near outer edges, and a few quarter inch (or less) tears at yap edges, and one missing corner lower front edge of wrap.*English Impressionist Artist and POET Faith Ashford (1884-1967) lectured at the University of Reading School of Art. She was also a co-founder of the Reading Artists Guild. Her oil paintings were exhibited at the Royal Academy as well as the Wertheim Gallery, London. **Hilary, or Harry Pepler, publisher at the St. Dominic's Press, produced a number of fine press books between 1915 and 1937. Other notable versions of the workshop were produced for the Ulysses Bookstore, Holburn, including the work of modern authors such as James Joyce, Eugene O'Neil, and John Drinkwater, among others. The St. Dominic's Press workshop was an offshoot of the Dominican religious order of the Guild of Saint Joseph and Saint Dominic, Ditchling Commons, East Sussex.
