A few tiny closed tears to fore-edges of pages, including title page - please see photos. *** The work includes a biographical sketch by the editor, and is anthologized chronologically and has an index of first lines. The pomegranate iconography was a favorite of the Romantic poets and painters of this period. The editor describes this as the first authoritative "single volume of convenient size and modest price."
